Kevin Frankish (born March 4, 1964) is a Toronto-area media personality. He co-hosts ''Breakfast Television Toronto'' along side Dina Pugliese on Citytv Toronto. After getting a diploma in radio and television broadcasting at Canadore College, he started his career at CKNY in North Bay. He also had a nine-year stint at The New VR (now CTV Two) in Barrie, Ontario. At CKVR, he began a practice of ending every broadcast with a wink, his way of saying "hi" to his wife Beth; this continues until present day.〔Inside BT Blog: "(The Wink )", 14 August 2006.〕 He then moved to Citytv in 1991.
